Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using cosmicmatchlove.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service. These Terms apply to all users globally, with additional mandatory protections for consumers located in the European Union. 2. Service Overview CosmicMatchLove is an AI-powered digital platform provided by Aura Digital B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands. The platform provides AI-generated compatibility insights, relationship guidance, and personalized content based on user input. We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including features, content, or availability, at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law. 3. Pricing & Token System CosmicMatchLove operates on a one-time payment model. Users can purchase a package of 5 tokens for €19.99 (one-off payment) Each token can be used for one compatibility analysis, insight, or content generation request Tokens are consumed upon use and are non-transferable We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice where required by law. 4. Billing and Payment Payments are processed at the time of purchase using the payment method provided. Prices may be displayed or charged in currencies other than EUR (€) and may vary based on your location, applicable taxes (including VAT), exchange rates, or third-party payment processor fees. Payments are non-refundable, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws or as outlined in our Refund Policy. 5. Cancellation & EU Consumer Rights 5.1 No Subscription CosmicMatchLove does not operate on a subscription basis. All purchases are one-time payments. 5.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under Directive 2011/83/EU. However: By purchasing and using CosmicMatchLove, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the digital service Once you use one or more tokens, you acknowledge that the service has begun and has been partially or fully delivered You may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been performed To request a withdrawal (where applicable), contact us at help@cosmicmatchlove.com , including your name, email address, and order reference. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation. 6. Account Use & Responsibility You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Sharing or reselling access is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination without refund. 7. Intellectual Property All software, algorithms, content, designs, text, trademarks, and documentation associated with CosmicMatchLove are the exclusive property of Aura Digital B.V. or its licensors. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited. 8. Limitation of Liability CosmicMatchLove is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch and EU law, Aura Digital B.V. disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the token package (€19.99), except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. 9. Termination Aura Digital B.V. may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Termination does not affect any accrued payment obligations. 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide you with the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. 11. Data Protection & Privacy Aura Digital B.V. complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch data protection laws.
